1.Data Controller
Soundcast SAS, a company registered in Paris, France ("Soundcast", "we", "us"), is the data controller for your personal data processed in connection with the use of our website soundcast.io and our digital audio advertising services.
2.Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through our contact forms and demo requests: name, email address, company name, and phone number. As part of our SSP and Adserver services, we also process technical data related to audio ad delivery: device identifiers, truncated IP addresses, browsing and listening data.
3.Purposes & Legal Bases
Your data is processed to: respond to your enquiries and manage our business relationship (contract performance / legitimate interest); improve and personalise our services (legitimate interest); send you communications about our products and events (consent or legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations. Advertising data is processed on the basis of consent collected under the IAB Europe TCF v2.2 framework.
4.Programmatic Advertising & Cookies
As an independent audio SSP, Soundcast operates within the programmatic supply chain to deliver audio advertising. Cookies and similar technologies are used for audience measurement, contextual targeting, and ad quality verification. Soundcast is registered with IAB Europe and complies with the Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). You can manage your preferences via our consent banner.
5.Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with our technical service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM) strictly for the purpose of delivering our services. In the context of our advertising operations, pseudonymised audience data may be transmitted to our DSP partners and ad networks, in compliance with applicable regulations. Soundcast does not sell your personal data to third parties.
6.International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Union. In such cases, we implement appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanism) to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
7.Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described: up to 3 years from the last contact for prospect and customer data; 13 months for advertising cookies and trackers, in line with applicable supervisory authority guidelines.
